Emilio Mustieles

Emilio is the Director of Administration and Finance for Beck’s Mexico operations, responsible for overseeing operational accounting. He holds a civil engineering degree from TEC de Monterrey, which has enhanced his ability to support our operations teams. Emilio has been involved in several notable projects, including the Capella Hotel in Cabo, TEC de Monterrey Library and Academic Buildings, Estadio Borregos, The Summit Santa Fe, and Marina Beach in Cancun, among others.

The best part of his job, according to him, is “the people I work for, the people I work with, and the people who work for me.” Emilio is also actively involved with the Urban Land Institute of Mexico and the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives.

Outside of work, Emilio stays active by playing pádel and running; he recently completed his eighth half-marathon. However, what he enjoys most is spending time with his wife and two children.
