Jeff Landefeld

Jeff leads our preconstruction team in Atlanta. This means he is responsible for working with our clients from the very earliest concepts through to complete design. He also works closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the project scope and design falls within the criteria set by our clients. Under his leadership, our preconstruction team views projects holistically and are able to provide meaningful counsel to all stakeholders on the project – architects and builders, engineers, and owners. Jeff has been involved with preconstruction and estimating for 15 years and holds degrees in civil engineering and architectural engineering. Jeff is a strong advocate of Beck’s integrated design and build approach because of the benefits to cost and schedule, and is actively involved in the Design-Build Institute of America. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling with his family with a mission to discover hidden local food gems.
