Jeff Massie

As Operations Manager, Jeff helps lead construction operations for The Beck Group’s Fort Worth office. With over 20 years of experience, he guides teams from early planning through construction. His hands-on, collaborative approach helps keep complex projects moving forward.

Jeff’s portfolio includes many notable Fort Worth projects, including the American Airlines Hospitality Complex, Dickies Arena, The Shops at Clearfork, Crescent Offices and Sundance Square.

Known for his steady leadership and problem-solving approach, Jeff builds strong relationships with clients and project partners. His deep knowledge of the Fort Worth market helps teams navigate challenges and deliver successful projects.

A Texas native, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University. He began his career in construction shortly after college, working for a construction supply company before moving into project delivery. Outside of Beck, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
