Jennifer Cull leads The Beck Group’s healthcare architecture studio in Dallas. In her role, she manages design and construction operations, including programming, planning, interiors, design development and documentation, and construction administration.
She boasts over 15 years of experience with a specialty in healthcare design. During her tenure at Beck, she has spent more than seven years mastering the firm’s integrated design-build process and building a team culture focused on collaboration, lean processes, and detailed project planning. These strategies, combined with Jennifer’s leadership, bring efficiency, value, and creative solutions to clients.
Her portfolio includes the CoxHealth Dee Ann White Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Jared Neuroscience Center and the Texas Health Hospital Mansfield.
Jennifer is a registered architect in the state of Texas and is passionate about industry disruption, prefabrication, and sharing her knowledge with others. She is a part of the 2020 TEXO Executive Women’s Leadership Program. She is leading Beck’s pro bono effort to assist the nonprofit Mommies in Need design and build Annie’s Place, a drop-in childcare center at Parkland Hospital.
The Texas Tech alumnus and her husband, Spencer, live in Arlington with their daughters Peyton and Presley. In her free time, you can find Jennifer enjoying time on a patio with family and friends.
