Jon Mindrup

Jon manages the Dallas architecture financial operations. This means that he is involved at the front end of all Dallas architecture jobs for financial and project quality control issues, as well as manages the financial performance of both the Dallas architecture group and our projects throughout the project duration. How does a licensed architect end up looking at numbers? With a strong interest in the financial side of the large complicated projects he was leading as an architect, Jon was given an opportunity to be involved in financial operations. “I have benefitted greatly from the entrepreneurial environment and commitment to excellence at Beck. Because we don’t keep people in rigidly defined operational roles, I have enjoyed the flexibility to pursue ways to utilize my own strengths and interests to benefit the organization.” His experience has shaped his approach to helping our team members define their own career growth and he’s known for dedicating a large amount of time each week for staff development. Away from the office, you’ll find Jon playing the guitar – his hobby of more than 25 years.
