LANCE MOORE

Lance is responsible for Beck’s field operations in Austin, including managing our team of superintendents in the region. He provides sound leadership and expertise to his team and continually improves how we work and use our tools while staying true to our firm’s core values.

He is passionate about building and mentoring others. Over two decades in the industry, Lance has worked on several projects that were over 100 million dollars in healthcare, corporate headquarters, hospitality and higher education research facilities.

Lance is known for his calm and collected demeanor and ability to build trust with his colleagues and clients. “In a highly competitive, complicated construction environment, [Lance has] that rare combination of knowledge, experience and communication skills to coordinate the many professionals working within the sector effectively.”

One of his favorite parts about being a leader in the Austin region is serving as a valuable voice, coach, and mentor to the region’s superintendents.

Lance, who earned a degree from LeTourneau University, joined Beck in 2012. You can find him on the golf course or traveling with his wife when he’s not busy building buildings and making his community better.
