Natalie leads the firm’s dialogue around sustainability and business practices, including efforts in achieving the AIA 2030 Commitment and reporting Beck’s greenhouse gas emissions through the Carbon Disclosure Project.
She has been with Beck since 2018. Her leadership drives solutions and behavior change by translating complex technical issues for stakeholders across the built environment.
Throughout her career, Natalie has achieved third-party certifications for over 60 projects totaling 15 million SF of built space under multiple rating systems. Her expertise covers land and water use, waste diversion, air quality, health and wellbeing, energy efficiency, and carbon emissions reductions.
Natalie is passionate about what she offers, noting, “Most people know Beck, our projects, and our reputation. It’s an honor to represent the firm and to provide better solutions and healthier options while saving clients’ money.”
The Iowa State University alumnus is a member of The United States Green Building Council: North Texas Chapter, the Large Firm Roundtable for Sustainability, the Texas Materials Initiative, the City-Business Climate Alliance of Dallas, and the Associated General Contractors of America Climate Action Task Force.
She married her high school sweetheart, Rick. The two live in Dallas with their dog Millie.
