Paul started with Beck out of college in 1982 and served as a field engineer trainee on the 40-story First United Tower in Fort Worth.
His 30+ years of experience has taught him to think ahead and thoroughly analyze challenging management assignments. This was the perfect preparation for his daily work with our regional leaders and project teams, focusing on using Beck’s best practices and continually improving our operational excellence. Noting that the best part of his work is “the people I work with every day,” Paul adds that good leaders learn how to engage with people on a one-on-one basis.
Generously giving his time to others, Paul is currently board chair for the Dallas Metro YMCA. He is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, dedicated to changing the odds for at-risk and troubled children and their families in the greater Dallas area. Although you’ll find him working in his Salesmanship Club red trousers during the AT&T Byron Nelson Championship, he enjoys fitting in a round of golf whenever his schedule allows.
An avid sportsman, Paul hosts the annual Carson Leslie Archery Tournament, which raises money for children’s cancer research.
