Randall Andrews

“I love a good challenge.” Good thing, too, because Randall’s overseen the construction process on some of Beck’s most challenging projects. His daily responsibilities include managing personnel, ensuring safety and quality, monitoring the schedule and controlling the budget. He also provides critical input during the design phases of our integrated design and build projects. Randall first joined Beck as an intern, working on a complex urban high-rise office building. He then joined us fulltime after graduating from the Iowa State University. The secret to his successful career at Beck? “Obtaining a degree in construction engineering provided the knowledge and background required to enter the construction field, but what has really prepared me for my current role are the people I have been able to work with and be mentored by throughout my career.” Passionate about the environment, Randall’s an active member of Ducks Unlimited and is training to join the Evergreen Volunteer Fire Department. Off the jobsite, you’ll find the avid sportsman enjoying the great outdoors or cheering on the Cyclones.
