Steve Springer

Steve leads our life sciences projects nationwide. After joining us straight out of college, Steve quickly built a reputation for understanding complex construction and architectural challenges, finding solutions, and communicating with owners and project team members. His experience delivering technically challenging construction and design-build life sciences and research projects led to his promotion to his current role. Steve notes that an important part of his role is “training and helping our teams to be successful.” He’s able to do that thanks to his depth of on-the-job technical experience. Steve is involved with the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He is also actively involved with the United Way for Greater Austin and his local church. Away from the office, you can find the Iowa State alum in the river or a salt water flat, trying to perfect his fly-casting.
