Tulio Paz

Tulio oversees the operations of our Riviera Maya office, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Design and Construction industry. His high performance standards and customer service orientation enable him to manage Riviera Maya’s portfolio with best-in-class practices, ensuring the success of all projects and services in the region.

As a high-standards performer, Tulio consistently implements this approach across multi-disciplinary teams and projects. He is dedicated to clearly communicating the company’s values and goals, maintaining efficiency and organization, and proactively taking initiative as a team player to support his project leaders. His extensive experience with Beck over the past 13 years includes participation and leadership in projects across various sectors, such as Higher Education, Hospitality, Luxury Residential, Mixed-use, and Retail. This diverse experience has equipped him to manage our construction and integrated projects in the Southeast region of Mexico.

Tulio’s multi-cultural background, shaped by his years living in the United States, complements his Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, preparing him well to lead our Riviera Maya office.

Outside of work, Tulio enjoys spending time with his family. He loves outdoor walks, attending baseball games with his son, and working on his golf game. Additionally, Tulio and his wife enjoy exploring the culinary offerings of every city and country they visit.
