Enrollment had nearly doubled at the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas since the original athletic facilities were built. Founded in 1942, this private school educates approximately 1,000 young men, grades 9-12. The new athletic center, attached to an existing structure, was built on the footprint of the original locker rooms. Beck’s construction team delivered three months ahead of schedule, while building on an active campus. The new three-story structure includes new locker rooms, training rooms and a third floor workout-weight room. Lean scheduling, cloud based 3D model for owner coordination and Navisworks were all used on this project to prevent nearly all coordination issues in the field.
